Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your gear. If you are not satisfied, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom-printed or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
How do I care for my GOEX garments to ensure they last?
To maintain the quality of our premium fabrics, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumble drying on low. Avoid using bleach or ironing directly on printed graphics to preserve the integrity of the design.
